WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Kaze offers a full refund or exchange on all our products.
We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, then no problem, you may return your order for a full refund or exchange providing the following requirements are met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way
Please note we are unable to refund initial or return shipping costs.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
For all returns please contact us via Email and we will allocate a Returns Authorisations (RA) number for you.
Once the returned item(s) is received, a replacement (if exchanged) will be sent - or we will issue a full refund.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
We do not charge restocking fees. However the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to Kaze for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately via our Email so we can personally and quickly assist you.
We offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) unless you’re happy with an exchange or replacement. To speed up the process we recommend you take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
